My Convention Room Gift

Here is my fantastic room gift from my Stampin' UP 'mum' Chris......How fab is that.....and in my favourite DSP Mocha Morning, adorned with the beautiful Everything Eleanor stamp set and some of the new antique ribbon......absolutely beautiful......and i think i will just have to have that stamp set now....lol......I feel a demo order coming on......

Stampin Up Convention 2011

Hi Everyone

I have just returned back from my fantastic, fabbi......first ever Stampin' UP convention.....in Disneyland, Paris. I love it from beginning to end.........

Here are just a few great memories of the event..... I will post my swaps, team pressies and room pressies over the next few days, along with some fantastic swaps from France, Germany and the UK.

If any of Julie's Jems are reading my blog... a big hello, it was fantastic to meet you all and have a such a great time......Julie has some fantastic and wonderful jems.....

Here are just a few memories.......

Here is me and my Stampin' UP mummy Chris.....(A great second mum....thx u) This is the first morning of the convention.......with all our swaps on the table and out first ever convention badges.....

Here Chris and I meet Shelli the CEO and Co-founder of Stampin' UP....what an honour... and what a great photo......it's great to be part of the Stampin' UP family......

Chris and I working very hard ...making notes about some fabbi ideas we were shown....i can't wait to share them with you all.....

On the last day of convention there were no children waiting for photos with Mickey and Minnie in the taxi....so i hitched a ride back to the Sequoinia Lodge.....have to say no alcohol involved...just a Starbucks Americano..............lol

Everyone needs quick cards at Christmas time as there is just so much to do.....so here's another quick card using Season of Joy stamp set:

Christmas Workshop

I did a workshop for a very lovely friend last week - a bit thank to you for hosting a workshop.....here is a quick posting of the the samples made using the al a carte stamp - Something for Christmas.

An old favourite combo, cherry cobbler and old olive, cherry cobbler seam binding ribbon and a touch of the stampin glitter - dazzling diamonds. The Stampin up pens have used to create to the cherry cobbler and old olive look.....

A quick xmas card using concord crush, dazzling diamonds and the new ribbon punch.

Scrapbooking

Hi Everyone

I hope you had a scary halloween with lots of trick or treaters......

Here's a quick look some samples of our scrapbooking Friday.....We choose a 'day out' as the theme. The DSP used was Just Add Cake (it is a very nice set of papers), the card used was whisper white, peach parfait, so saffron and wild wasabi.

Our theme next month is 'Autumn' Watch out for the early December posting....
